Our house is far 1,5 km
to the station, and the same to the fair. The geometrical center of
the city is around 3 km of distance, that means 8 bus minutes. Our
flat is composed from two parts, separated by a big balcony. In the
right one there are the bedroom, the bathroom and the kitchen of
guests. There is our study too, and we reach it entering from the
balcony door (yellow arrow) and crossing guest kitchen.
The flat is at the first
floor (32 steps) of a three floor block.The red
arrow indicate your entrance, and the
blue one the our.
As you
can see in the planimetry, the rooms look on a main road, sometimes very
jammed.
Anyway you can protect
yourself from the traffic noise by closing double glasses windows. In
summer your have air conditioned in your bedroom.
